Building Better Futures Now have been working with children young people and families for over twelve years. During this time, we have been fortunate in being able to contribute towards the experiences, opportunities and outcome for children, young people and also those who care for or support them.
We have spent time delivering frontline services with and for local authority, public sector, private sector and voluntary services. Having held roles as both registered manager and responsible individual we have developed and understand the complexities of Residential care, leaving care, supported living and independence.
Building Better Futures Now‘s ethos is to enable providers to realise and identify what they do well. Also, where and how those strengths provide positive impact, helping make differences in the lives of children, colleagues and communities. Building Better Futures Now helps providers understand knowledge, skill or experience gaps and offers specific support to address these areas, whilst adding value to services.
Building Better Futures Now offers a transparent, reflective and mindful approach and seeks to work alongside providers to achieve the aim of developing safe, sustainable and effective services. Our aim is to deliver a quality provision that inspires and motivates our partners and their colleagues, as well as providing them with the skills and knowledge to develop themselves and the service they provide.
Our management experience expands over the spectrum of children’s homes provisions i.e. emotional & behavioural difficulties, therapeutic provision, complex trauma transitional planning, living semi-independently or staying close.
At the heart of everything we do is the commitment to challenging ourselves and partners through critical friendships to continually promote the safety and welfare of children and young people. This enables the voices of children to be heard and encourages all corporate parents to co-parent in ensuring the emphasis of all our energies are child focused.
